All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days, depending on the destination country, courier service, and customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Depending on your destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. To provide a faster and smoother delivery experience, HUSTLE may prepay customs duties and taxes on selected shipments whenever possible, helping to speed up customs clearance and, in many cases, avoiding additional charges upon delivery.
If customs prepayment is not available for your destination, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must be free from stains, damage, odors, or signs of wear

Swimwear Returns
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene liner remains intact and the item is unworn.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
